Whisky Cherrywood Bitters Gum Sugar

A timeless classic cocktail that has been around for over 150 years, the aptly named Old Fashioned is made with Whiskey, sugar and bitters. The Whitebox recipe uses demerara sugar which they combine with gum arabic to create their in-house gomme syrup, which they add that to whiskey that they age in virgin oak casks and bitters that they infuse with cherry wood. The result is a rich and indulgent old fashioned that is better than most bars make.
