Nutmeg Mac 'n' Cheese

Sides are almost as important in a Texas BBQ joint as the meats they come with and are a source of a great deal of pride to their purveyors.

Mac ‘n’ Cheese is a staple found more or less on every self respecting BBQ menu. Per the Texans, we use a larger pasta shape (which they call noodles), three cheeses, milk, cream, butter and nutmeg to give you an utterly decadent experience.
