Sides are almost as important in a Texas BBQ joint as the meats they come with and are a source of a great deal of pride to their purveyors.
You can expect to find potato salad in some form on most Texas menus. We go quite heavy on the garlic and onion here because we feel it needs it to stand up to the heavy, smoky and salty flavours of the meats.
We toyed with dialling this back a bit. Then we didn’t.
Beautifully moist Brisket, the portion sizes of the whole box, exceeded expectations.
The Potato salad, was yummy and also a few side extras thrown in. Will definitely be back!
