From the get-go, Ben provided an incredibly white-glove experience. I’d requested a box specifically for Thanksgiving, and he personally talked me through when the dates would be available. He made sure it was delivered in time for us to celebrate Thanksgiving here in the UK, which we really appreciated.
We have to say, as regular barbecue aficionados (and with my husband being a pit master), the brisket and ribs were better than some we’ve had in Texas. We usually order from a different company for our Thanksgiving meal, but we won’t be returning to them – World Feast is now our absolute go-to for a barbecue box.
We even received a friendly follow-up afterwards to make sure everything was perfect. The customer service is outstanding, and the food is phenomenal. They even offer a true pecan cobbler – almost impossible to find in the UK!
Portion sizes were very generous, the barbecue sauces were ridiculously tasty, and the whole experience was such a joy. Whether you’ve never tried a barbecue box before or you’re looking for a genuine taste of home, World Feast is an absolute must-try.
