Giornata Aglianico, Paso Robles AVA 2022

Inspired by Italy, crafted in southern California.  A noise of blueberry, almond, blue raspberry slushie and tobacco. On the palate there is blueberry, vanilla, berry and spice. This wine goes so well with meat that we weren't even planning on having a fifth wine on our pairing list until we tasted this. And here it is. An absolutely top drawer pairing.
