Francois et Julien Pinon Les Deronnières Sec, AOP Vouvray (organic) 2022

This is the fuller of the paired whites.  A lively, joyous Vouvray that has enough acidity to balance its extroverted character. On the palate there is green apple, toffee, honey and incredible salinity which pairs wonderfully with the salt and fat throughout BBQ food. This is a belting white wine and the chance to taste it alongside a Texas BBQ Experience should not be missed.
