Classic Banana Pudding

It seems to us that given the choice between a starter and a pudding, the Texans are having a pud all day long. Here we another ubiquitous dish that can be found all over Texas. Proprietors are quite particular about their recipes and many of them have been passed down through generations. We are very excited to bring it to you.

Does what it says on the tin. This is made in a number of different ways, some use condensed milk, some use a curiously American invention know as Vanilla Jello (a synthetic looking vanilla jelly). Most have some form of biscuit coupled with a vanilla component and cream. We make home made vanilla biscuits which we crush into a base and then layer bananas, home made custard and whipped cream. An absolutely stellar way to end your BBQ experience.
