This is a slimmed down version of the Texas Trinity, for those who really want to experience that Texas BBQ flavour without exploding.
Choose two mains from Classic Salt and Pepper Brisket, Spare Ribs, both types of sausage and all the vegetarian options.
As always, all meats are slow cooked over oak fire for perfect flavour, texture and tenderness.
Customise your box with your choice of sides and sauces. Puddings and extra sides can be added as you wish.
