Texas Beast Feast (2 courses, feeds min 4 people)

This is the holy grail of BBQ, and it is a mighty Feast. The Whole Hog Feast with the addition of the Beef Dino Rib- known to most as the best bite in BBQ. Take this on at your peril! 

Your choice of four sides and two puddings plus, of course, served with complimentary Feast House Pickles, Pickled Red Onion and a dollop of House 'slaw. Comes with corn bread for mopping and two sauce pots. 

Build the Pulled Pork Rolls yourself to combine them with the sides. Those in the know are adding the Pickles and House 'slaw. Tell me that ain't a combo worth snuffling for. 

Tuck into the Beef Dino rib. It's a gargantuan beef short rib, rubbed and slow smoked using only wood fire for hours. In Texas, patrons queue around the block for a bite of this legendary, fall off the bone cut. 

Recommended for a minimum of 4 people, unless you plan to sleep exactly where you eat.
